Have you got a design project in mind or a growing list of things you need to tackle, but don’t know how to start?

…Grab a Design Day!

Ready to tick off your design hit list in just ONE DAY!

Do you have a design project you’ve been struggling to get started?

Or maybe some website tweaks, photo edits, an ebook mockup, new logo formats, workbook cover and a whole list of other bits and pieces that just keeps getting longer… and longer!

A Design Day can take it all on!

Whether it be a single project or a bunch of smaller things. There’s no need for months of back and forth to get sorted, a day is all we need!

It’s fast, efficient but also a whole lot of fun as we focus in and ride the energy and momentum of the day.

Sounds good, but…

What is a ‘Design Day’?

Ah ha, it’s the most creative, flexible and efficient way of tackling all your design and copy projects big or small.

Imagine if you were to compress weeks or months of working with a designer going back and forth on various project tasks. Forgetting if you’ve replied to their latest email or not, needing to collate more materials, each time struggling to get your head back in the game to pick up where you left off.

Then multiple that by two (because after all, designers are humans too and we hate ‘drift’ as much as you do!)

Now, imagine if we could eliminate all the excess ‘noise’ and just hyper focus on getting the design work done from start to finish in a single shot.

That’s a Design Day!

You’ll get my undivided attention for a full day to work solely on your business, custom designed for your specific needs. It’s done-for-you design that doesn’t require endless hours, reviews, revisions or time delays.

If you need more than one day to work on a larger project or tick more off your list… you can book multiple days! If you are interested in working with me on a monthly Design Day retainer, you can find out more here.

How does it work?

1 - Book Your Day

Get in touch for an intro chat to ensure that I am good fit for your needs. We’ll then book in a day when you can be mostly available and don’t already have big commitments scheduled.

2 - Prepare

Complete the Design Day ‘Hit List’ (or your own notes) at least a week before the day so I can review ask questions or provide any pre-work. We’ll also have a short Voxer chat a few days before to go over the plan for the day.

3 - Design Day

This is where all the magic happens! I’ll be in my hyper-focus design zone for an 10-12 hour window (this may flow into the following day) and will check in with you regularly throughout the day for feedback along the way.

4 - Follow up

I will tie up any loose ends and send you all files and materials within 48 hours. There will be a two-week support period immediately after the Design Day where you can ask any questions relating to the work completed.

Important note: when booking a Design Day (or multiple Design Days) you are paying for my undivided time and expertise to get as much done from your priority list as possible, not the specific deliverables. This will be discussed in advance to set realistic expectations and I will work as efficiently as I can but there is no guarantee for what will be completed in the timeframe.

Your Investment: £800

Feedback from clients:

"I had witnessed Jo’s authenticity, determination and passion for life, long before I found out she was a designer and copywriter. Upon this realisation, I immediately visited her website and could instantly see she was the person I wanted to work with. Her style is professional, vibrant and fresh. Additionally, to find a creative person who also has the technical knowledge is a rare find.

Jo has done a number of design projects for me and also assisted with changes at short notice. She effectively communicated throughout the project and the results are always wonderful to open. The designs that Jo creates serve to make my company's marketing strategies professional and ultimately successful." - Olivia Beardsmore - Empowerment Event Organiser

“We have loved collaborating with Jo, she is excellent at understanding what’s required from a new recipe, visual shot or ebook for a brand and works hard to produce exactly what’s required for her clients” - Julie, RealFoodSource

“I had you in my mind, I trust you, you have such a good eye for design, you’re honest and you a great writer too. You’re seeing things ahead of me and coming up with solutions that I haven’t yet seen.” - Leila, branding client

A bit about Jo…

I've been featured in these places…

Hi, I’m Jo …and I live a quietly unconventional life. I’m an introvert and your average looking gal on the outside, but behind the scenes… multi-biz owner for over 10+ years, late-diagnosed ADHDer, currently living nomadically in my self-built Camper Van throughout the UK and Europe.

I’ve immersed myself in the wellness world in my own life and in my biz since 2011 as a recipe blogger, health coach, food biz owner, designer and coach.

My mission is to help tease out your passions, your juicy goals, your big dreams and most magical skills and offerings, and weave them together in in a way that allows you to live a life and create an authentic business on your terms!

I have written for a number of national and international publications and my work has been featured across many platforms. I have created a number of ebooks, and have worked with many brands on food photography and styling.

Wellness is my thing… If you are into wellness then I am probably into you!
